CORD AROUND THE ABDOMEN

 A Pt.name XYZ undergone EM .LSCS with the complaints of pain abdomen & had h/o Pr.LSCS of male baby .
On 27/5/2016 a male baby born by EM.LSCS with cord around the neck ,body & wrist at 6.56.AM.

 Patient's opinion :  I have undergone EM.LSCS on 27/5/2016 .Dr.Rathnamma is an excellent surgeon .so that i never met with any problem /difficulties starting from admission till discharge.she took maximum care
so that i never felt that i have undergone surgery & i experienced homely atmosphere in the hospital. Really  i am greatful to her.I don't know how to thank for her humanity  care & treatment.
